About this fundraiser

Our first “Destination Trip” in April of 2025 will be to Los Angeles, California! This opportunity will include traveling by plane (something new for many) which will save time, and provide more comfortable windows of travel-time, hopefully improving everyone’s overall experience. These “Destination Trips” will be more experiential - focusing on fun events, and aspects of music and the music industry not available in Wisconsin. The “Destination Trips” will be available to any/all MHS music students (including ensemble members, musician’s studio, and fundamentals/theory students). We are very excited about our students having these opportunities available, But we acknowledge cost will always be a factor. The Los Angeles trip will cost approximately $2400 per student.
To help create access for any and all music students to participate, the music department is committed to offering more fundraising opportunities. Efforts will be made in three tiers: individual fundraising through the Music Boosters and personal efforts, group fundraising opportunities (participants each receive a share of the funds raised, and travel sponsorships wherein funds raised are applied directly to the trip, to help subsidize the cost for all MHS students.

Huge sale of discount mattress and bedding supplies hosted by the McFarland Music Department, held in the A gym of McFarland High School. Proceeds go to support the 2025 music trip to Los Angeles, CA. Students can be "credited" individually - or profits will be shared with all to help subsidize the total trip cost.
