Guys and Dolls Jr.

Elkhorn Area High School Presents Guys and Dolls Jr! Based on a story and characters by Damon Runyon, Guys and Dolls Jr. follows gambler, Nathan Detroit, as he tries to find the cash to set up the biggest crap game in town while the authorities breathe down his neck. Meanwhile, his girlfriend and nightclub performer, Adelaide, laments that they've been engaged for fourteen years without ever getting married. Nathan turns to fellow gambler, Sky Masterson, for the dough, but Sky ends up chasing the straight-laced missionary, Sarah Brown. Guys and Dolls JR. takes us from the heart of Times Square to the cafes of Havana, but everyone eventually ends up right where they belong.

Based on the award-winning Broadway musical and the smash hit motion picture, Legally Blonde,The Musical JR. is a fabulously fun journey of self-empowerment and expanding horizons. The show's instantly recognizable songs are filled with humor, wit and sass — leaving cast members and audiences alike seeing pink! Legally Blonde The Musical Jr., is presented by Elkhorn Area High School through special arrangement with Music Theater International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. Performances will be limited to an audience of 200 per show. Masks/Facial Coverings are required of audience members per State Order.

TRX Functional Circuits

Join Karen Bluhm, ACE-CPT, TRX L3 for TRX Functional Circuits. Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, October 1-24 from 4:30-5:15 p.m. at the EAHS Fitness Center. TRX Functional Circuits is a total body workout using the power of your own bodyweight using the TRX Suspension Trainer. You control the intensity of your workouts by adjusting the angle of your body to the anchor point. TRX is unique and user friendly to all fitness levels! Attend a free "Get to know the TRX" training before classes begin, Thursday, September 26, 4:30 p.m. at the EAHS Fitness Center.

Barrie's classic tale, Peter Pan is one of the most beloved and frequently performed family favorites of all time. This high-flying Tony Award-winning musical has been performed around the world and delighted audiences for 60 years. Peter and his mischievous fairy sidekick, Tinkerbell, visit the nursery of the Darling children late one night and, with a sprinkle of pixie dust, begin a magical journey across the stars that none of them will ever forget. In the adventure of a lifetime, the travelers come face to face with a ticking crocodile, a fierce Indian tribe, a band of bungling pirates and, of course, the villainous Captain Hook.
