Dear Willow,

We are hoping to send a thank you note to all of our donors this year. Can you help us? Where can we find their contact information? Do you have any suggestions on how to send the thank you letters?

A Thankful District

 Dear Thankful,

I’m happy to help! We can help you find your donors districtwide, at the school level or for each individual campaign. We even have a helpful blog post from last year with a few tips on how to thank your donors!

To find your District or School-wide Donors (For Administrators):

  1. Log into classmunity (these donors are only visible to district level administrators)
  2. Click on Administration in the top navbar.
  3. Select Supporters from the left side menu.
  4. Now use the filters to select your desired group of donors (e.g you could filter for a specific time frame or type of campaign.)
  5. Then you can sort your donors by Total Amount, Total Count or Average Amount to find other top individuals who have supported your district or you can export the whole list.
  6. Click on the type of file you would like to create on the top left of the donor table (CSV, Excel, PDF)

  To find your Campaign Donors:

  1. Log into classmunity.
  2. Open your campaign page.
  3. Scroll down to the lock box at the bottom of your campaign to see your campaign transactions.
  4. Use the table to sort your transactions by Amount to find the top donations to your campaign.
  5. Click on the type of file you would like to create on the top left of the donor table (CSV, Excel, PDF)

Exported reports will give you donors information, including their email address and a mailing address if they have provided one. Don’t forget to check out our blog post for ideas on how to thank donors.

Helpfully yours,
