About this fundraiser

Make Artisan Bread at home! Rebecca will walk you through a simple no knead bread recipe, using items you already have in your kitchen. Attendees will mix dough and then shape & proof a loaf to bake when they get home. Attendees should bring a mixing bowl, spatula or mixing spoon, 8 inch circular/oval basket, tea towel or kitchen towel. Kits can also be purchased from Rebecca for an additional $20, which will include a Food Grade bucket/lid to store dough and Banneton Basket for proofing bread.
Rebecca will provide the necessary flour, water, salt and yeast for the recipe. Everyone will receive a tote bag to bring their items back home in!
